Product Introduction

  The KQ41F46 fluorine-lined ball valve uses fluorine plastic as the inner liner, with a new ball structure and an elastic lip seal seat structure, which can provide high sealing performance and low operating torque within a large range of pressure difference and temperature difference. The fluorine-lined valve can be used in the temperature range of -10℃～80℃. It also can be used in corrosive pipelines and pipelines of various concentrations for a long time. Working Principle The working principle of the fluorine-lined ball valve is to make the valve smooth or blocked by rotating the spool. The valve core and the inside of the valve body are all made of fluorine plastic, which has the advantages of light switch, small size, reliable sealing, simple structure, easy maintenance, and wide range of use. The ball valve produced by KMO not only has the advantages of low fluid resistance, fast opening and closing speed, simple structure, etc., but also has the following advantages:

1. The ball valve with fluoroplastic lining layer has extremely high chemical stability and can be applied to any strong corrosive chemical medium.

2. The full-bore diameter and floating ball structure enable the valve to be closed without leakage in the entire pressure range, which is more convenient for the ball sweeping and pipeline maintenance of the pipeline system.

3. The ball of the opening and closing part is integrated with the stem (forging) of the valve stem, which prevents the valve stem from impacting the pressure bearing part due to the pressure change, and fundamentally guarantees the safety in engineering usage.

4. The structure is compact and reasonable. The valve body has the smallest inner cavity space, which reduces the medium retention. In addition, the special molding process makes the sealing surface dense, and the combination of herringbone ring PTFE packing makes the valve without any leakage.
